Opera, Ballet + Beyond: A Performing Arts Workshop

Opera, Ballet + Beyond with the American Midwest Ballet and Opera Omaha presented a 1.5-hour workshop that explored both art forms through live demonstrations and interactive classes combining movement and singing.

Held at the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center, attendees were guided into the theater for a brief ballet performance and an opera aria before breaking into workshops.

Ballet Workshop: American Midwest Ballet’s Common Senses workshop offered participants the opportunity to explore creative movement principles in a fun and welcoming environment.

Opera Workshop: Opera Omaha led participants through an engaging session focused on exploring voice, volume, and expression.
